Why play solitaire?
Solitaire is planning practice that fits in a coffee break. Every move is a small trade — uncover this column now, or keep the card you might need in three moves’ time — and the good players are the ones who look ahead rather than the ones who move fastest. FreeCell is the purest of the three: every card is face up from the start, so there is no luck of the draw and nothing to guess at, only sequencing.
JuJu keeps it calm. Undo is unlimited and free, the clock stays off unless you switch it on, and running out of moves is a message with a New deal button next to it — never a “game over” screen. No ads interrupt a deal, no account is needed, and there are no leaderboards: the only person you are ever measured against is you, and only if you ask.

Is this solitaire free, with no ads or sign-up?
Yes. Klondike, FreeCell and Spider are all free to play in your browser — no ads, no account, nothing to download or install. Your deal and your best time stay on your own device.
Can I play solitaire full screen?
Yes. Every game has a Full screen button (or press F) that expands the board to fill the whole window and scales the cards up to use it; Escape or the same button brings the page back. It works on desktop and on mobile, and there is a Large cards option as well if you would rather keep the page around the board.
Which one should I play first?
Klondike if you want the familiar one — it is what “solitaire” means to most people. FreeCell if you want a fair puzzle rather than a lucky deal: all 52 cards are face up from the first move, so nothing is hidden and the whole thing is solvable by thinking. Spider on one suit is the gentlest introduction to the third family, and you can move up to two or four suits when it stops being a challenge.
What happened to Spider Solitaire and FreeCell in Windows?
Windows shipped Solitaire, FreeCell, Spider Solitaire, Minesweeper and Hearts for years, and dropped them all from Windows 8 onwards — the versions that came back are ad-supported Store apps. These are the same three card games, playing by the same rules in your browser, with nothing to install and no ads in the middle of a deal.
Can every deal be won?
Not always, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. FreeCell deals are winnable virtually every time, and Spider on one suit nearly always is. Klondike genuinely dead-ends sometimes, whoever deals it. What we do guarantee is that you can always take it back: undo is unlimited and costs nothing, so no single move can lose you a deal you were enjoying.
Is there a timer?
Only if you want one. There is no countdown and no time limit — the clock is hidden until you switch it on, and it pauses when you switch tabs, so leaving a deal open over lunch does not ruin your time.
