Klondike Solitaire
The classic card game — build the four suits from ace to king.
How to play
- Move cards onto the tableau in descending order and alternating colours — a red six goes on a black seven.
- Aces start the four foundations at the top right; build each one up in suit, ace through king, to win.
- Click the stock in the top left to turn cards over. Draw one is the gentler setting; draw three is the traditional deal.
- Only a king can move into an empty column. Double-click a card to send it straight to its foundation.
- Tap a card and then tap where it should go, or drag it. Undo is unlimited — press U or Z — and New deal starts again.
What it trains
- Planning practice: every move trades a card you can see for one you cannot
- Rewards looking a few moves ahead rather than moving quickly
- Calm by default: no ads, no account, no timer and no game over
Play classic Klondike solitaire free online, with nothing to download and no account: turn cards from the stock, build the tableau down in alternating colours, and send each suit up to its foundation from ace to king. Choose draw one for a gentler game or draw three for the traditional one. Unlimited undo, a full-screen mode with large cards, and no timer unless you want it — the clock is off by default and pauses when you switch tabs.
