Roguelike Games
One run, start to finish, free in your browser. The fighting runs itself — food from a scooter’s bag, arrows from a castle wall. Your part is the cards: take one of three, again and again, until the run is something you built. No sign-up, nothing to install.

Why play roguelike games?
A roguelike run starts from nothing and ends when it ends. You are not handed a build, you are offered one — three cards at a time, and never the same three as last time. What comes out of it is something you assembled from what turned up, which is why the same game twice is not the same game twice. Starting over is the game, not the punishment for losing.
JuJu keeps the runs short: ten minutes on a Delivery Rider shift, fewer to hold the wall for twenty waves in Castle Defense — not an evening, so a run that goes wrong costs one sitting and the next one starts clean. There are no leaderboards and nobody to measure yourself against — a finished run shows you what you built, not a rank. Free, no ads, and no account to make.
Frequently asked questions
Are these roguelike games free to play?
Yes. Everything on this page is free in your browser — no ads, no account to create, and nothing to download or install.
What is a roguelike?
A game built around runs. Each run starts you back at the beginning with nothing, hands you upgrades as you go, and ends for good when you lose — you keep what you learned rather than what you collected. The games on this page attack on their own — Delivery Rider is the sort called a survivors-like or a bullet heaven, Castle Defense a wave defense — and the playing is in what you pick, and on the scooter, where you ride.
How do you play Delivery Rider?
Steer with the mouse, WASD, the arrow keys or a finger on the screen — there is nothing to press. Your weapons fire by themselves, so your job is to be where they will land. Tips are experience: pick them up, and every level-up pauses the shift and offers three cards. Last the ten minutes and deal with the heap at the end.
How do you play Castle Defense?
Pick your first hero and the horde starts down the road. Heroes on the wall attack on their own — you never aim. After every wave, take one of three cards: a new hero, a level for one already there, a boost for all of them, or stone for the wall. Hold for twenty waves.
How long is one run?
Ten minutes, and at most twelve. The last boss holds the shift open past the clock, but only for two minutes — after that the depot shuts and you clock off with the tips you banked, whether or not it is still standing. Castle Defense is twenty waves — six or seven minutes at normal speed, about half that at double speed, and sooner if the wall falls.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes. In Delivery Rider, hold anywhere on the screen and the scooter rides toward your finger; in Castle Defense there is nothing to steer, only a card to tap between waves. Nothing to install either way.
Will more roguelike games be added?
Yes — this collection started with one and grows over time. Everything added here is picked the same way: a run that fits in one sitting.
